She adds that “Helping people be comfortable and happy in their lives is what makes the job worthwhile.” With five years of experience, her most memorable moment is when “…you see the person cared for be surrounded by family and loved ones, and you get to see the joy and love on their faces. Describing herself as gentle, loving, passionate and yet hardworking, Juliette does not see herself as just an employee or a worker. She took up caregiving to give people a lift and help people fulfill and live their latter years to the fullest. She says “Just giving someone a hands up and providing care to those who can’t do it themselves, is reward enough for me.” Aside from her caregiving work, Juliette loves traveling, making new friends, working with children and doing community work. She adds “Some day down the road, I would like to own and operate my own childcare place.”
Bentley says, “I think caregiving came naturally to me. Just seeing the joy and gratitude from those you care for is reward enough for me.” Bentley describes himself as compassionate and a person with a big heart. He adds, “You can only be a great caregiver if it’s a calling, not the pay.”
